Life is so busy. I think I spend more time these days thinking about working out than actually working out. If I could do a work out in my mind and lose weight I would be one skinny mother f@!%$r. Real talk. That is not how it works though. To get results, you have to put in the work, just like anything else. You want money, you have to go to work. Unless, of course, you are in a certain family that is plastered all over television and social media, then all you have to do is have your sister get naked and everybody gets paid! But I digress.
In the last two weeks I have come up with every excuse in the book as to why I haven't worked out. I have to early tomorrow, I have to write a paper, I have figure out how to embed a video into a webpage (still don't know how), the baby looks so cute, the baby is super cranky, I am super cranky, I want eat tacos, there are clowns stalking high schools, Donald Trump is visiting my town, Hillary Clinton is visiting my town, oh my god, they came back again! I think you get the picture. I was being extremely lazy. The time for excuses has come to an end. It is time to get back into gear. Turkey Day is right around the corner and after that we enter what I like to call the 39 Days of Gluttony, which commences of Thanksgiving and ends on New Years Day. If you do not prepare for this time of stress eating and financial ruin by settling into a rigorous fitness routine, you could very likely gain 20 pounds or more. I do not need to had more weight and run the risk of type II diabetes to this challenge. It is time to set the small, specific goals. Dig deep, go hard.
